Project Planning & Price Consulting
If the project is fairly straightforward, you can find all the information you need for free with a few phone calls. Most companies will give you a free estimate.
If you have a more complex project and want something much better than a free estimate, call us at 541-981-9887 and leave a message with a short description of the project. We'll call you back within 24 hours and plan a time to meet.
Lakeside can help you plan and understand the different options and prices, and get you plans and documents that will help you to get more accurate bids, and know what you should be paying for different services in your specific situation. If you like, we can also get you a few bids from tradespeople we regularly use and trust.
SUPPORT to help you bUILD YOUR OWN HOME
If you have a background in the trades, and are interested in building your own home, we offer various levels of support to help you succeed. We can make plan sets and construction documents, help expedite the permit process, help you do code-compliant work (the first time) on parts of the job you are less familiar with, and get you set up with lists and timelines that will help you run your own project without quitting your day job.
